About the role
TL;DR
Train customers on Filevine's product and AI capabilities, acting as an AI evangelist and workflow consultant.
- •As an Expert Team Trainer, you will be the primary product educator and AI evangelist for Filevine customers, ensuring they master the platform's capabilities and leverage AI tools to transform their workflows.
- •You will act as a strategic partner, consulting on workflow optimization and coaching non-technical users to embrace automated solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead comprehensive training and coaching sessions on Filevine's capabilities and AI tools.
- •Consult on workflow optimization and coach users to confidently embrace automated, intelligent solutions.
- •Translate operational goals into smart, automated workflows and coach legal professionals on AI tool utilization.
- •Periodically travel to lead in-person consulting and training sessions.
- •Serve as a technical expert at the annual LEX User Summit.
- •Requirements Natural fluency in technology and enthusiasm for AI, with the ability to inspire and coach others.
- •Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between complex software/AI features and everyday business users.
- •Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with quick mastery and a desire to show others its benefits.
- •Dynamic presenter who provides proactive, high-value recommendations.
- •Curiosity to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and architect software solutions.
