About the role
TL;DR
Operates as the backbone of the Taipei engineering hub, ensuring hardware is prepped, tested, and shipped.
- •We are hiring an Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our Taipei engineering hub.
- •Key Responsibilities Unbox new units and prepare them for configuration.
- •Plug devices into a computer and follow technical guides to flash the latest firmware/software.
- •Execute "Checklist Tests" on each device to ensure 100% functionality.
- •Label finished units and repackage them for shipment to global customers.
- •Maintain a clean, organized hardware lab and manage testing cables and equipment.
- •Requirements Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) perfectly every time without taking shortcuts.
- •Proficiency in Windows or macOS (file management, folder organization, and searching).
- •Comfortable providing status updates and asking clarifying questions to the engineering team in English.
- •Comfortable moving and unboxing hardware (typically up to 10–15kg).
