About the role
TL;DR
Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize Oura's Workday HRIS system.
- •Oura is implementing Workday as its core HRIS and is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Administrator to be the technical expert responsible for system maintenance and improvement.
- •This role will own Workday configuration, testing, and deployment, translating HR and business requirements into reliable system solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes end-to-end.
- •Continuously evaluate and optimize People Systems for simplification and automation.
- •Design and refine self-service workflows for an intuitive end-user experience.
- •Maintain and audit Workday security groups and access policies.
- •Build and execute test scripts for configurations, releases, and UAT.
- •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration/configuration experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to independently configure, test, and deploy changes in Workday.
- •Solid understanding of the Workday security model.
- •Experience supporting Workday releases and coordinating UAT.
- •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on end-user experience.
