Senior HR Systems Analyst to manage HR technology and HRIS (HiBob).
- •Nebius is seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to join their People Systems team.
- •This role will focus on supporting the HR organization through technology, managing initiatives related to their HRIS (HiBob) and contributing to the HR technology roadmap.
- •Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap.
- •Align with HRIS vendor (HiBob) by tracking their product roadmap and influencing priorities.
- •Translate People Systems pain points into enhancement requests and improvement initiatives.
- •Identify and implement opportunities for automation and self-service across People Systems.
- •Support People Systems activities for mergers & acquisitions.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles.
- •Technical understanding of APIs and Webhooks.
- •Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps.
- •Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms.
- •Experience creating and maintaining high-quality end-user documentation.
