- •Go RH is seeking a Human Resources Strategist to join their team on Montreal's South Shore.
- •You will act as a key partner to clients, helping them optimize their talent management practices and overcome HR challenges.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop adapted HR action plans.
- •Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees at client companies.
- •Recommend, develop, and implement HR processes, policies, and tools.
- •Design and implement solutions for complex HR situations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- •Experience in consulting or multi-client environments is a must.
- •Proficiency in strategic thinking and analytical skills.
