About the role
TL;DR
HR Strategist to optimize client HR practices and drive growth.
- •As a Human Resources Strategist, you will act as a key partner for clients, helping them navigate challenges in personnel management, organizational development, and team performance.
- •You will analyze client needs, propose innovative solutions, and support the implementation of effective HR practices.
- •Key Responsibilities Operate generalist or expert mandates within client organizations.
- •Conduct organizational diagnostics and establish adapted HR action plans.
- •Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees of client companies.
- •Design and implement solutions for complex HR situations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- •Experience in consulting or multi-client environments.
- •Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
