About the role
TL;DR
Deliver virtual GI care as a Nurse Practitioner, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- •As a GI Expert Nurse Practitioner at Oshi Health, you'll deliver high-quality, virtual-first gastrointestinal care to adults with complex digestive conditions through our telemedicine platform.
- •You'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for GI conditions.
- •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (GI physicians, dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators).
- •Adhere to clinical protocols including ROME IV criteria and AGA and ACG guidelines.
- •Document patient interactions accurately and timely within the EHR.
- •Allocate approximately 30 hours per week to direct patient care and 10 hours to administrative responsibilities.
- •Requirements Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
- •Current certification by ANCC, AANP, or other qualifying agency as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- •Minimum of 3 years of experience in gastroenterology specialty in an outpatient setting.
- •Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care providers.
