About the role
TL;DR
Coordinate software implementations and customer onboarding for guided projects.
- •OneTrust is seeking a Project Coordinator passionate about delivering software implementations and building strong customer relationships.
- •This role will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to finish, acting as a key advocate for both OneTrust and the customer.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the engagement lead for "guided onboarding" and small projects.
- •Provide a clear and managed onboarding journey for customers.
- •Organize and conduct Project Initiation, Kick-Offs, and Implementation Close-out meetings.
- •Develop project plans, manage scope, risks, and issues, and provide ongoing status reporting.
- •Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion, focusing on customer adoption.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- •Good prioritization and time management skills.
- •Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology.
