- •Office Hours is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead its accounting function.
- •This is a unique opportunity to build the accounting function from the ground up, taking over from an external agency and establishing in-house systems, processes, and controls.
- •The role offers full ownership and the chance to shape how accounting operates at a hyper-growth company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own daily, monthly, and annual financial close processes, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.
- •Design, implement, and scale financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- •Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
- •Manage tax filings, regulatory compliance, and support external audits.
- •Evaluate, select, and implement modern financial tech stacks and automation tools.
- •Requirements 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 1-2 years in a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- •Certified Public Accountant (CPA) active license strongly preferred.
- •Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Ramp, and strong Excel skills.
- •Highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to roll up sleeves.
