- •The Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for Office Hours' clients.
- •As a Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for growing the network and scaling impact by connecting clients to subject matter experts for qualitative interviews.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- •Manage client research projects from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling experts.
- •Monitor client and expert feedback to drive successful research and ensure network quality.
