- •As an Insights Consultant, you will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customers maximize value from their insights programs.
- •You will act as the main point of contact, guiding clients on their business objectives and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong, trusted relationships.
- •Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and insightful deliverables aligned with client expectations.
- •Proactively identify client risks and growth opportunities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- •Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience building relationships and resolving client challenges in a customer-facing environment.
