- •Key Responsibilities Organize schedules, attendance, and activities for Ambassadors in various locations.
- •Travel to different sites to support the team, observe field work, and provide immediate feedback.
- •Train the team on Octopus Energy, its offerings, and communication methods.
- •Monitor daily results to identify areas for improvement and intervention.
- •Requirements Proven field experience with a focus on building trust and effective conversations.
- •Ability to lead a team on methodology, quality, and results, fostering a positive environment.
- •Experience in guiding a group on quality and results, helping individuals improve.
- •Possession of a B driving license and willingness to travel between different locations.
