About the role
TL;DR
Support L&D operations and lead the AI First journey, focusing on data-informed decisions and products.
- •Nubank is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support company-wide L&D operations and lead the construction of an AI First journey.
- •This role involves rethinking how L&D operates and delivers value through data-informed decisions and products connected to Nubanker needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and run L&D programs for all Nubankers, ensuring quality and consistency.
- •Help build and evolve L&D's AI First journey, exploring and integrating AI tools.
- •Own and evolve L&D's key metrics, building reporting and dashboards for decision-making.
- •Manage multiple workstreams, balancing strategic projects with day-to-day execution.
- •Requirements Mid-to-senior background in Learning & Development, ideally in fintech or tech.
- •Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- •Genuine AI literacy and curiosity, motivated to experiment with AI tools.
- •Comfort working with data to build and interpret metrics and dashboards.
- •Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
