- •The Leasing Coordinator is an essential part of the Professional Tenant Placement (PTP) team, focused on helping owners be successful in the leasing and marketing process.
- •You will guide owners through onboarding and tenant placement, coach them to secure a tenant, and manage rental inquiries, showings, applications, and property marketing.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of new owners from contract signing to lease execution.
- •Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, SMS, and email.
- •Review and optimize property listings.
- •Handle rental inquiries, schedule and follow up on showings, support rental applications, and guide lease generation.
- •Maintain accurate records in company systems (HubSpot, AppFolio, etc.).
- •Requirements 1-4 years experience in customer service, sales, onboarding, or real estate.
- •Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- •Analytical thinker, able to spot trends and patterns to identify opportunities to intervene.
- •Experience with CRMs required, Hubspot experience strongly preferred.
- •Experience with Google Suite of products required.
