- •As an Associate Community Manager at Alumni Ventures, you'll play a vital role in supporting our investor community while gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for prospective and existing investors.
- •Respond to investor questions through email, phone, webinars, events, and other communication channels.
- •Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders.
- •Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities.
- •Track engagement activity, investor interactions, and key business metrics.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in customer success, client services, relationship management, account management, hospitality, recruiting, operations, financial services, consulting, or another customer-facing environment.
- •Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
- •Interest in learning about investing, venture capital, financial markets, startups, or related business topics.
