About the role
TL;DR
Drive new brand growth and support onboarding for Nabis's cannabis wholesale platform.
- •As the Brand Partnerships Associate, you will help drive new brand growth and support the onboarding.
- •You will work alongside the Business Development team and General Manager to identify, engage, and help sign new brand partners, then serve as an early point of contact guiding them through activation, training, agreement execution, operational setup, Marketplace readiness, and ongoing engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Business Development to identify and prospect potential brand partners; conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to build the new brand pipeline.
- •Build genuine relationships with brands and industry contacts by engaging out in market; attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- •Support and help drive the sign-on process for new brands
- •presenting the Nabis value proposition, coordinating on standard terms, and helping move agreements to signature.
- •Coordinate agreement execution, storage, and internal documentation while ensuring required information is complete and accurate.
- •Serve as an early point of contact for new brands, providing timely communication and helping partners understand the onboarding process.
- •Requirements 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, onboarding, account management, customer success, operations, revenue enablement, marketplace/e-commerce, or a related role.
- •Experience working with CRM systems, contract documentation, or cross-functional workflows is preferred.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly pitch, explain, and guide partners through processes and requirements.
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow workflows through completion.
- •Comfortable learning new software and working with CRM, spreadsheets, internal databases, and other business systems.
