TL;DR
Provide evidence-based therapies to children with autism and special needs.
- •MeBe Family is seeking empathetic and thoughtful individuals to join their team as Registered Behavior Technicians.
- •This role offers training and support to launch a career in Behavior Therapy, focusing on helping children with autism be their best selves.
- •Key Responsibilities Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting.
- •Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase client's skills.
- •Relay client progress information to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
- •Accurately record client progress in the data collection system.
- •Maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- •Requirements Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- •RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment.
- •Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run.
- •Ability to pass a background check and work with computers.
