- •As Talent Operations Coordinator supporting R&D, you're the reason candidates leave every interaction feeling genuinely taken care of—and the person our researchers, engineers, and R&D leadership count on when they need something to just work.
- •You make sure hiring never becomes the bottleneck.
- •Key Responsibilities Run point on scheduling and interview logistics for the R&D team, juggling calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
- •Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring each person feels comfortable.
- •Keep everyone in the loop with clear, timely updates.
- •Own our ATS data (Ashby) so the pipeline stays clean.
- •Fix clunky processes and build more scalable solutions.
- •Requirements 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops experience in a fast and technical environment.
- •Meticulous attention to detail regarding scheduling and time zones.
- •Proactive problem-solver who fixes clunky processes.
- •Genuine care for the candidate and interviewer experience.
- •Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing composure.
- •Trustworthy and reliable follow-through.
- •Enjoy working with diverse people.
- •Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
