- •MeBe Family is seeking empathetic and thoughtful individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians.
- •This role involves providing evidence-based therapies to children with autism and other special needs, focusing on empowering families and professionals.
- •Key Responsibilities Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism.
- •Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to help increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
- •Accurately record client progress in the data collection system.
- •Maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- •Requirements Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- •RBT/CBT certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of employment.
- •Ability to frequently bend, lift, squat, sit, stand, and/or run.
- •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
