- •HR Generalist / Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- •This role combines strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities with hands-on execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
- •Advise leaders on compensation, performance management, and career development.
- •Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS transactions.
- •Coach managers on employee relations and workplace investigations.
- •Drive employee engagement through surveys and action planning.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
- •Experience in a startup environment supporting both in-office and remote employees.
- •Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- •Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
