About the role
TL;DR
Owns the operational infrastructure of the People function, managing employee lifecycle events and data.
- •The People Operations Specialist is responsible for the operational infrastructure of Mejuri's People function, managing lifecycle events, data, and requests for all teams.
- •This role will own the operational engine, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, with a focus on reducing manual intervention over time.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and leaves of absence.
- •Administer programs such as benefits, ESOP, time off, and employee discount programs.
- •Maintain data integrity across HRIS systems and partner with Payroll to resolve discrepancies.
- •Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement fixes to reduce ticket volume.
- •Build lightweight automations using AI tools and Google Apps Script.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience in People Operations, HR administration, or HRIS.
- •Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining data within an HRIS (HiBob and ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- •Proven ability to build reliable automations, reports, or processes.
- •Advanced spreadsheet skills with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- •Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
