- •Manage HR inquiries and maintain accurate HRIS and payroll data.
- •Oversee day-to-day office operations and act as a front-of-house presence.

- •Identify and drive process improvements and automation.
- •Requirements Foundational Generalist experience in People Operations / HR in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- •Strong working knowledge of local HR practices, particularly benefits and compliance.
- •Hands-on, detail-oriented operator comfortable with admin-heavy workflows.
- •Experience supporting payroll processes.
- •Comfortable managing ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
