TL;DR
Owns technical learning strategy and execution for Lyft's tech organizations.
- •Lyft is seeking a Technical Learning Manager to own the strategy and execution of technical learning programs for their Engineering, Science, Product, and Design organizations.
- •This role is crucial for developing and equipping Lyft's people.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and execution of technical learning programs, including continuing education, documentation, and compliance training.
- •Design and scale learning programs, leveraging internal experts and ensuring content is discoverable and current.
- •Embed AI upskilling into all programs, including LLM education and AI productivity.
- •Partner with functional excellence leadership, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to ensure program quality and business alignment.
- •Provide editorial oversight for internal technical content initiatives, including the Tech Blog.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in learning & development, technical program management, or a related field.
- •Experience designing and delivering learning programs for technical audiences, with comfort in technical concepts.
- •Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs in ambiguous environments.
- •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leaders and stakeholders.
- •Experience with AI/ML learning content, technical enablement, or developer education.
