- •Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with product, research, and insights leaders.
- •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create insight briefs and presentations.
- •Serve as a strategic partner to deepen customer usage and shape success metrics.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to champion the customer perspective.
- •Requirements 3 to 6+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, research, or customer success.
- •Skilled at analyzing data and telling stories that inspire action.
- •Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- •Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
