- •Legora is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Finance team, focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) finance.
- •This role will bring financial rigor and commercial insight to growth investments, partnering with Marketing leadership to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing leadership on budget planning, spend tracking, and re-forecasting.
- •Own marketing performance reporting, including funnel conversion, pipeline creation, and ROI, providing clear recommendations.
- •Build and maintain demand generation models connecting marketing investment to pipeline and bookings.
- •Analyze the full GTM funnel end-to-end to identify investment effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- •Establish spend governance and tracking for real-time budget visibility and ROI by program.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM finance, or commercial finance, with exposure to Marketing and/or Sales finance.
- •Experience in a technology and/or scale-up start-up environment.
- •Deep fluency in marketing and GTM metrics (funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, marketing ROI, payback).
- •Strong modeling skills for demand generation and sales capacity planning.
- •Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence with data.
