About the role
TL;DR
Finance Manager to own e-commerce financial performance and drive strategic decisions.
- •We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop.
- •You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop.
- •Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data.
- •Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization.
- •Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business.
- •Build financial reporting that leadership relies on.
- •Requirements Deep ecommerce finance fluency (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, gross margin vs. contribution margin).
- •Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- •Strong independent ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- •and board-ready communication skills. 5-8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company.
