- •Twilio is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its global tax team.
- •This role will be responsible for architecting and safeguarding the company's intercompany transaction framework, ensuring compliance and tax efficiency in a high-growth, cloud-communications environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of AI and automation into transfer pricing workflows.
- •Oversee the global transfer pricing lifecycle, including Master Files, Local Files, and CbCR.
- •Manage operational transfer pricing processes, setting and adjusting intercompany prices.
- •Document complex intercompany transactions and develop policies for intangible asset valuation.
- •Manage global transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law. 5-10 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience.
- •Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/EPM.
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Office.
