- •This broad role spans financial reporting, FP&A, business partnering, M&A, and Finance transformation within a fast-paced FinTech/digital asset environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts, and reconciliations.
- •Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering to drive commercial decisions and cost optimization.
- •Drive Finance transformation and automation leveraging AI, GenAI, data, and technology for efficiency, controls, and scalability.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA, or equivalent with 7+ years' relevant experience.
- •Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling, and reconciliation skills.
- •Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or Finance transformation is highly valued.
