- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment process for business-critical roles.
- •Build proactive talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
- •Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs and drive improvements.
- •Lead pre-onboarding and support employee lifecycle activities.
- •Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring high-quality talent.
- •Experience recruiting for Operations, Last Mile, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.
- •A data-driven mindset and experience building recruitment reports and dashboards.
- •Medium-Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
- •B2 English proficiency.
