- •You’ll be part of the People team and work closely with our hiring managers across all departments, from engineering to operations, to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end hiring process across a range of roles (technical, operational, or business) Partner with hiring managers to scope needs, define profiles, and craft compelling job descriptions Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build top-of-funnel pipelines across different markets Manage interview processes with rigor and care, ensuring fast turnarounds and high candidate experience Requirements 2–5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or technical environment Strong sourcing mindset, you’re creative, rigorous, and unafraid to reach out Experience managing hiring processes from A to Z, including interviews and offer negotiations Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.
