- •We are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across our international markets.
- •Based in Singapore, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and people teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan and MENA, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgency Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working closely with local partners and international People Ops teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Ashby preferred)
