TL;DR
Manage HR operations, ensure data reliability, coordinate payroll, and administer HRIS tools.
- •Pasqal is seeking a People Operations & HRIS Specialist to ensure excellence in daily HR operations.
- •This role is key to managing HR operations, ensuring data reliability, coordinating payroll activities, and administering HR tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure the quality, reliability, and updating of HR data to produce relevant indicators and support decision-making.
- •Administer and continuously improve the HRIS to provide a fluid user experience and efficient processes.
- •Pilot payroll operations in France and internationally in coordination with external providers.
- •Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of HR operations.
- •Requirements Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Administration, or equivalent.
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Data Analyst, People Operations, or HR Operations.
- •Proven experience in managing an HRIS (Lucca is a plus).
- •Experience in preparing payroll in conjunction with an external provider.
