- •Kyra is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to manage one of their largest global enterprise accounts.
- •This role focuses on world-class servicing at enterprise scale, ensuring client satisfaction and tight delivery for a fast-moving consumer brand.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the global account relationship across multiple sub-brands and regions, managing a high volume of communications and stakeholders.
- •Orchestrate cross-functional teams (creative, paid media, creator partnerships, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- •Translate campaign data into executive-level recommendations, presenting performance against KPIs and explaining insights.
- •Lead client onboarding, manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across the full product suite.
- •Requirements 4-6+ years in influencer or creator marketing.
- •Proven experience in enterprise account servicing at scale with multi-stakeholder, high-volume accounts.
- •Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of comms, briefs, regions, and stakeholders.
- •Strong hands-on campaign experience, with fluency in TikTok and comfort using AI tools in workflow.
