About the role
TL;DR
Owns CX and Partner Operations, leveraging AI to drive scalable systems and data analysis.
- •This role owns Customer Experience Operations and Partner Operations, with hands-on support for Sales Operations.
- •You will design and implement scalable systems that minimize manual processes, capture data for analysis, and leverage AI to empower leaders across the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the operational backbone for Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals.
- •Stand up and maintain the operational infrastructure for our partner ecosystem.
- •Support core sales operations including pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
- •Design durable systems that capture necessary data for process analysis.
- •Leverage AI tools to accelerate systems design, administration, and integration.
- •Requirements 10+ years in operational roles at SaaS companies. 5+ years supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and/or Renewals teams.
- •Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing scalable business systems.
- •Hands-on use of AI to multiply output in systems work, analytics, or tool-building.
- •Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor augmented by AI.
