TL;DR
Lead strategic initiatives to build new enterprise value sources for Ready.
- •Ready is seeking a strategic, commercially-minded leader to identify and build the next major sources of enterprise value for the company.
- •As Head of Strategic Initiatives, you will work across the executive team to turn emerging opportunities into scalable businesses.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and executive team to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- •Own strategic initiatives from thesis through commercialization, including business case, market strategy, and execution plan.
- •Build go-to-market motions for emerging opportunities.
- •Develop lighthouse customers and partners that validate new markets and offerings.
- •Build repeatable playbooks around successful initiatives.
- •Requirements Proven senior leadership experience across strategy, go-to-market, business development, product, or enterprise technology.
- •Track record of turning ambiguous opportunities into executable strategies and measurable business outcomes.
- •Strong commercial instincts with experience developing new markets and complex enterprise opportunities.
- •Ability to move fluidly between market strategy, customer discovery, and commercial execution.
- •A builder mentality and comfort operating with significant autonomy.
