- •Anthropic's Data Center Capacity Delivery team is responsible for taking leased and partnered sites from deal close through operational handover.
- •This role will own the single view of project status, data integrity, and capacity projections for the delivery portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Consolidate milestone tracking across all delivery projects.
- •Validate and reconcile schedule and status data from partners.
- •Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan.
- •Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
- •Requirements 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs.
- •Experience running consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio.
- •Fluency in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI).
- •Ability to communicate clearly to technical and executive audiences.
