Build and lead the candidate and interviewer experience for hiring at Legora.
- •Legora is seeking a Program Manager, Candidate & Interviewer Experience to build and lead the coordination, interview, and program layer of hiring.
- •This role will define and grow the coordination function from the ground up, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the Coordination function from scratch, including interview scheduling and logistics workflows in Ashby.
- •Run interviewer enablement and calibration programs to ensure consistent assessment quality.
- •Manage employee referral and internal mobility programs.
- •Track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer-acceptance rate.
- •Partner with hiring managers and local Talent teams across global markets.
- •Requirements Experience running recruiting coordination or interviewer program management at a high-growth tech scale-up.
- •Proven experience managing interview scheduling and logistics across multiple regions and time zones.
- •Experience building or rebuilding interview or coordination processes from scratch.
- •Ability to roll out a single process across multiple offices and gain buy-in from local hiring managers.
