About the role
TL;DR
Provide technical leadership to sales teams by demonstrating Kaseya's IT solutions.
- •Kaseya is seeking a trilingual Solutions Engineer to join its growing team in Medellín.
- •This role will provide technical leadership to the sales team, supporting both LATAM and North American markets by demonstrating the value of Kaseya's "IT Complete" technology stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of the Kaseya platform.
- •Partner with Sales Executives to engineer tailored technical solutions for customer challenges.
- •Support the full pre-sales lifecycle from discovery to proof-of-concept coordination.
- •Address technical objections and provide solution architecture guidance.
- •Evaluate solutions and ensure technical validation during POC phases.
- •Requirements Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
- •Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role.
