- •Kaseya is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software.
- •This role is crucial for monitoring go-to-market execution health, tracking performance, and identifying risks to drive consistent revenue generation.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor pipeline health metrics and execution indicators to identify performance risks.
- •Track adherence to GTM process SLAs and identify patterns in non-compliance.
- •Monitor adoption and utilization of CRM workflows and GTM tools.
- •Define reporting requirements and develop executive-ready narratives for operational insights.
- •Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Reporting, BIS/Systems, Enablement, and Process Governance teams.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
- •Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and workflows.
- •Ability to analyze operational datasets and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- •Experience defining reporting requirements and partnering with systems teams.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
