TL;DR

- •Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory, and compliance.
- •This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment to ensure a positive culture and excellent patient experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and develop a passionate team focused on medical cannabis and service.
- •Lead by example, embodying Jushi's mission and culture of positivity.
- •Manage store operations, including inventory, cash handling, compliance, and customer service.
- •Develop process improvements and maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue and control costs.
- •Guide patients with cannabis recommendations and handle employee/customer concerns diplomatically.
- •Requirements High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- •Minimum of five years combined dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- •Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS systems and credit card terminals.
- •High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
- •Comfortable with high-volume cash handling and basic arithmetic.
