- •This role focuses on top-line sales, hiring, customer service, and strategic planning.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional support strategies to achieve store goals.
- •Provide expertise on customer service, staffing, operations, and company policies.
- •Assist in effectively managing labor in conjunction with support teams.
- •Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a multi-unit regional manager in food & beverage, restaurant, hospitality, or retail. 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- •Ability to build, hire, and coach a diverse part-time hourly staff.
- •In-depth knowledge of business functions like supply chain, P&L analysis, customer service, compliance, and HR.
- •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
