- •Jerry.ai is seeking a Director, Product Partnerships to lead the end-to-end partnerships motion for new product lines, focusing on building pipelines, structuring complex deals, and ensuring partner success.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and manage the partnerships pipeline for new product lines, from outreach to onboarding.
- •Lead partner conversations, qualify fit, structure value propositions, and close deals.
- •Design creative deal structures for non-standard partners.
- •Own partner success post-close, ensuring ramp, engagement, and long-term relationships.
- •Contribute to vertical strategy based on partner feedback and market insights.
- •Requirements 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting with a track record of closing complex deals.
- •Experience building 0-to-1 initiatives, launching new partnership categories, or building BD functions from scratch.
- •Background combining consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operating experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large partner organizations independently.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex deal structures to executives.
