- •This role blends HR Operations, HRBP support, and Recruiting/People Ops coordination.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- •Manage and audit HRIS (Rippling) for data integrity.
- •Administer health, welfare, and retirement programs.
- •Lead compliance audits and partner with managers on employee relations.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HRBP roles, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
- •Calm, steady presence with a solution-oriented approach to complex situations.
- •Meticulous attention to detail and pride in flawless execution.
- •Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and seek feedback for growth.
