TL;DR
Design and develop electrical systems for advanced humanoid robots, focusing on sensors, compute, and power.
- •As a Staff Electrical Design Engineer on the Core Platform team based in London, you’ll design and develop the electrical systems that bring advanced humanoid robots to life.
- •This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full spectrum of robotics electrical engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Design Electrical Systems for Robotics, focusing on sensors, compute architecture, and power systems.
- •Conduct Circuit Analysis and Debugging for complex electrical systems.
- •Perform PCB Design and Schematic Capture using Altium.
- •Develop Embedded Firmware in C and HDL for microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs.
- •Conduct Hands-On Lab Work using various electrical engineering equipment.
- •Requirements BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- •Experience with high-speed data technologies (e.g., PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet).
- •Experience with sensor integration in embedded systems.
- •Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium).
- •Familiarity with embedded programming (C, HDL) and hardware design (Verilog/VHDL).
