  • Key Responsibilities Lead the commissioning of new high-volume manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize production workflows and implement digital tools.
  • Establish line readiness standards and drive the translation of developmental processes into controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Define and manage IQ/OQ/PQ qualification protocols for new equipment and processes.
  • Build and maintain quality management workflows.
  • Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning materials-based processes into a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MES platforms, SCADA systems, and statistical tools.
  • Experience developing and executing equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Strong process control fundamentals including SPC.
