- •Key Responsibilities Lead the commissioning of new high-volume manufacturing equipment.
- •Collaborate with engineers to optimize production workflows and implement digital tools.
- •Establish line readiness standards and drive the translation of developmental processes into controlled manufacturing environments.
- •Define and manage IQ/OQ/PQ qualification protocols for new equipment and processes.
- •Build and maintain quality management workflows.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
- •Demonstrated experience transitioning materials-based processes into a controlled manufacturing environment.
- •Familiarity with MES platforms, SCADA systems, and statistical tools.
- •Experience developing and executing equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- •Strong process control fundamentals including SPC.
