Lead the commissioning and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes and equipment.

- •Key Responsibilities Lead the commissioning of new high-volume manufacturing equipment.
- •Collaborate with engineers to design, document, and optimize production workflows.
- •Identify, evaluate, and implement MES and related digital tools.
- •Establish line readiness standards and drive the translation of developmental materials processes into controlled manufacturing environments.
- •Build and maintain quality management workflows.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- •Demonstrated experience transitioning materials-based processes into a controlled manufacturing environment.
- •Familiarity with manufacturing software including MES platforms (e.g., Tulip), SCADA systems (e.g., Ignition), and statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
- •Experience developing and executing equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- •Strong process control fundamentals including SPC, control charts, and capability analysis.
