- •Honeydew is seeking a Sr.
- •Manager of Enablement to build and scale the learning and quality infrastructure for their Care Coordination team.
- •This role will transform onboarding and quality assurance processes to support rapid growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and scale a structured onboarding academy and ongoing skill-development curriculum.
- •Build and own a QA framework with clear KPIs, enabling fast, targeted coaching.
- •Partner with leadership and Product/Engineering to ensure training remains current.
- •Develop systems and dashboards for proactive quality and performance issue identification.
- •Requirements 5+ years in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership.
- •Demonstrated experience building structured programs from the ground up.
- •Experience leading or designing QA frameworks with measurable KPIs.
- •Experience leading managers or senior ICs.
- •Strong data fluency and comfort building or interpreting performance dashboards.
