- •Adyen is seeking an experienced leader to join their Global Recruitment Leadership Team in San Francisco.
- •This role will lead a team of Senior Tech Recruiters and drive the global Tech Talent Acquisition Strategy, collaborating with top tech and product leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a team of (Senior) Recruiters.
- •Partner with tech and product leaders to create and drive a Talent Acquisition strategy.
- •Lead global and local Recruiting projects on data usage, process improvements, DEI, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- •Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- •Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- •Requirements Minimum of 12 years of Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization. 6+ years of leading teams and handling escalations.
- •Extensive full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate attraction in the competitive Tech market.
- •Proven experience in leading global Recruiting projects and change management.
- •Proven experience with creating and driving Tech Recruiting strategies.
