Manage end-to-end recruitment for Growth, Corporate, and Operations teams.
- •Qonto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to find, attract, and hire top talent for their Growth, Corporate, and Operations teams across Europe.
- •You will report to the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager and play a crucial role in building the teams that support Qonto's product for clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to define role needs and run the process from opening to offer.
- •Find and attract candidates for business profiles across various European markets, building a pipeline aligned with team needs.
- •Guide candidates through the process, ensuring a clear, honest, and well-paced experience.
- •Build direct relationships with business stakeholders to foster collaborative hiring decisions.
- •Utilize data and an ATS to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- •Requirements Proven recruitment experience (in-house or agency) focused on business profiles.
- •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- •A problem-solving mindset to address recruitment challenges.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent Qonto to candidates.
- •Fluent English is required; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
