- •Hone is seeking a Founding HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to build and lead the full-cycle recruiting function.
- •This role acts as a strategic bridge between hiring managers and candidates, shaping talent acquisition strategies and building long-term candidate relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on role scope, market realities, and hiring bar.
- •Build genuine, long-term relationships with active and passive candidates to cultivate talent pools.
- •Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- •Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and maintain an ongoing talent network.
- •Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows and help train hiring managers on their effective use.
- •Requirements At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record as a strategic partner.
- •At least 4 years of in-house recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth company in a founding role.
- •Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with passive candidates.
- •Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine is preferred.
- •Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools, and demonstrated use of AI tools in recruiting workflows.
